Mental Health

I try to speak openly and honestly about my mental health journey because it’s so incredibly important to remove the stigma that still surrounds mental illness. I am also acutely aware of how privileged I am in the resources and support that are available to me. With that, I wanted to offer a space that would provide some great resources—some of which have helped me tremendously—to those who may need them also (all resources linked below!). But more than anything I want this to be a safe space where we can discuss our mental health journeys, struggles, and victories. Because although our experiences with mental health can look very different from one another, it is critical to know that we are not alone.

What’s Missing?
This is by no means a full and complete list—just a starting point for those looking to seek help or support a cause—and I’m always looking out for new/other resources and advocacy groups. Got an organization that you think should be added to this list?
